C-SPAN’s interview program “The Communicators” spent a half-hour with the new chairman of the FCC this weekend.

Julius Genachowski was guest on the show, which is a series featuring “people who shape our digital future.”

He talks about broadband strategy and new spectrum, robust networks, First Amendment principles, Internet “rules of the road” and review of media ownership rules.
